Use it for deadlines, countdowns, contracts, notice periods, pregnancy weeks and age-related planning. Between 1 January 2026 and 17 September 2026, for example, there are 259 days, which is 37 weeks, or 8 months and 16 days. The start date is counted and the end date is not, so add 1 day if you want both included. It works from real calendar dates, so leap years and different month lengths are handled for you.

Pick the later date. The start date is counted and the end date is not, so add 1 day if you want both days included.
